Village of Pleasantville School Crossing Guard

Pay rate: $22.50 per hour
Monday – Friday: 2.75 hrs a day 7:15am – 9:00am
2:40 pm – 3:40 pm
Or: 3 hours a day 7:15 am – 9:15 am
2:30 pm – 3:45 pm
Work will be crossing children in route to school and after school dismissal. Three posts require traffic control while the others require minimal control for the crossing of pedestrians.
Guards call the Police Desk before each post to report for duty Monday – Friday AM and PM.
Saturday Post available for 2.5 hours at the Pleasantville Farmer’s Market if you choose. Rate of pay will be $22.50 for this post as well.
