Payment Information

The Village of Pleasantville water department bills quarterly for water use and other related charges. Due dates are conspicuously posted on each bill.

Water payments may be mailed to Village Hall: Attn. Water Department, or brought in to the Village Hall  (3rd floor) Finance Department for posting. Unfortunately payments received after the date due will be assessed a late penalty.  Payments officially postmarked by the due date or not considered late, despite the day of arrival at the Village Hall.

Please note that the employees charged with collecting the water bills have no authority to waive penalties or collect such rents in installments. The Village does not accept partial payments.

Pursuant to State law, the Village is obligated to add any delinquent water billing amounts as a tax lien. Prompt payment of your water bill is appreciated.

Questions pertaining to water bills should be directed to Joann Gray-Rizzutti at Village Hall at (914) 769-1901, or at Jrizzuti@pleasantville-ny.gov
