Yoga is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching in its form. It is good for flexibility, strength, balance. Yoga is a good way to learn to calm yourself and your stress level. This class is done from a seated or standing position.
TIME: 1:30 - 2:30pm
FEE: $35.00 for 8 week session or $8.00 per class
