1.      Case No. 2006-03 – Ms. Laura Bermas and Mr. Roy Van Sise – 20 Parkway Terrace, Pleasantville, New York – Proposal to construct new additions and associated alterations on-site in violation of section 185-36.B.(1) Schedule (1) “Bulk Requirements” involving a deficient rear yard setback and section 185-46.C.(2) “Exceptions” of the Municipal Zoning Ordinance, which prohibits the expansion of a pre-existing, non-complying building when the expansion increases the degree of existing building non-compliance thereof

2.      Case No. 2006-04 – Mr. Mrs. Edward D’Alessandro – 18 Pierce Drive, Pleasantville, New York – Proposed to construct a new two-story addition on-site in violation of section of 185-36.B.(1) Schedule (1) “Bulk Requirements” involving a deficient front yard and section 185-46.C.(2) “Exceptions” of the Municipal Zoning Ordinance, which prohibits the expansion of a pre-existing, non-complying building when the expansion increases the degree of existing building non-compliance thereof
