(F).(3)of the Municipal Zoning Ordinance.   CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING

2.      Case No. 2006-31 – Mr. and Mrs. Wael Alesawy – 66 Skytop Drive, Pleasantville, New York – Proposal to demolish an existing single-family dwelling on-site and construct two (2) new single family dwellings as part of a new subdivision proposal in violation of section 185-36.B.(1) Schedule (1) “Bulk Requirements” involving insufficient lot with and frontage for both lots. 3.       Case No. 2006-32 – Mr. Oliver Prache – 213 Manville Road, Pleasantville, New York – Proposal to construct a detached observatory on-site in violation of  section 185-10.B.(2)(a)”Accessory uses” of the municipal zoning ordinance regarding a deficient front yard setback

4.      Case No.2006-03 – Laura Bermas/Roy Van Sise – 20 Parkway Terrace, Pleasantville, New York – Proposed extension request for previously approved Zoning Board of Appeals decision
