	Pool Registration This year the Village is instituting a digital photo I.D. system. Please bring a driver license with you when you register. We will have to enter your information into a computer to generate your I.D. card, so please register early as we anticipate a waiting time. All family members on the application should come together for photos. Please keep these I.D. cards because we will validate them each year with a new sticker. You may take photos on Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or during our Tuesday evening or Saturday hours as stated in the brochure on page 12. Please make checks payable to Village of Pleasantville. Please list all members who will receive permits on this form. NOTE: There is a $10.00 charge if you need a new photo or $25.00 per family.
