12292004_102845_0.jpgThe Pleasantville Housing Development Fund Co. Inc is a not-for-profit corporation established to assist the Village to meet affordable housing goals and needs. They seek out appropriate sites for affordable housing and pursue funding opportunities from County, State and Federal sources. The Housing Development Fund completed construction of Ashbourne Hall, a three-story building at the corner of Clinton and Tompkins Avenue, with 24 affordable rental units for seniors above the new Village Senior Citizen Activity/Nutrition Center. The complex was officially opened with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on October 17, 2003.
